Eleuthero Root Powder well simply called Siberian Ginseng a Herbal Supplement. This herb is for energy so when you tired if you take this herb you suppose to be, ahhhhhhhhh, all hyped. I guess it depends on the amount that works for you. When I first took it I felt the effects but after awhile nothing different. I did realize after I drink it I won most of my basketball games :D. I suppose it made me more focus.Yeah, I got that J and mess around and get body by me in the paint. Anyways, this herb does the job but I think I need a lot more dose at a time since I am a big guy. Anyways, Athletes use this Ginseng though. So if you’re an athlete check it out. It might work for you but check the right dose for you. So you have to do the right experiment to your body to figure the right amount of dose out. Once you find the right dose for you I think you like this herb.

The product I use was by Fine Herb Craft on eBay. I mean the package said 1/4-1/2 teaspoon in warm water but it varies with the person in my opinion and do not take it at night obviously if you trying to sleep. Only take for that boost either for work or working out. It tastes alright kind of taste like turmeric. Speaking of turmeric I heard that’s good for you too. But, this Siberian Ginseng is good for other things too like arthritis, stress and much more. You get more for your buck with this one. I spent like $10 for like 1/2 lb. 1/2 is a lot and this last me for like some months, I think.

Sometimes I use 1/2 teaspoons and other times I used 1 teaspoon with like 6.7 ounces of water with 1/2 teaspoon. Double the ounce of 6.7 when I use 1 teaspoon. You feel it when you drink it though. Like let’s get it. I rather try herbs than using supplements with chemicals you don’t know much about them. Herbs are straightforward usually one ingredient. Like this herb is one ingredient and you know what is it Siberian ginseng.

From personal experience, I just kept pushing and pushing until I accomplish one of my goals in life.  I did not sit down to let it all soak in but once I did. Forget all that manly stuff, I had tears in my eyes because people would not give me a chance but that did not stop me. I had a goal and I got that goal. Someone saw my vision and gave me a chance. That did not happen if I did not keep working on my goal. It is not going to be easy or get easier once you get your goal. Keep being hungry and focus.This video made me think about my goal that I accomplish which brought me to tears of what I actually accomplish. I really did it. If I can so, you can you. There were many downs but all I need was that one chance to reach my goals. My foot is in so time to better myself even more. You go get your dream.

Now let’s get to business.

I have been talking about positive motivational here for around a week now but life is not all sugars and crème. Life has sour sides as well. We going, to be honest here and look at both negative and positive side in life. This is coming from the past and current personal experience.

In life, you will be put down. Get call name. Get picked on. Get told you not going to be nothing. You not going to be Sh**t. You can be called worst than all of what I just mentioned. Yeah, most people will want to get mad and be vengeful to people in life. Yes. They can be mad and they have the right to but what is all that anger going to do for you? You are just hurting yourself more. That is unhealthy.

I have been told or been through some of the things I just said above. I should be this angry person or sad but my heart can take it.Yes, I could be this angry person and just be mad at people. I could be this sad person. I can be mean mugging people but to be honest I don’t have time for that.  Anger or sadness are not beneficial to me. I try to minimize negativity in life. The words may hurt but in a strange way negativity just MOTIVATE ME. I just laugh. I laugh because I just laugh. People do hate me or people that try to be positive. All I have to say about that is JUST LAUGH. They will get mad more. Just laugh.

Sh**t will happen in life but get over it. Don’t be all down on yourself. Don’t be weak. Just mind your business and keep It moving. Laugh. Laughing is good for you. Your Brain will LOVE IT!

THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE SAD WHATEVER AM JUST TELLING LIFE EVENTS. Just don’t let WORDS Define YOU! Have some confidence in yourself. One thing people always tell me is I am confident. Too Confident. Workout Week(63-69 ) April17-April 23

This past week was about crunch time. Getting things done on my to-do list.

It was a re-boot week. Come with me on this Journey and coast. Relax.

Monday, April 17

Monday was a busy day I had to finalize some taxes. I came up with a new workout program since am going to be busy soon. I am going to focus on each major muscle of the body. 7 muscle parts to be exact. I am doing each muscle group for 4weeks along with doing cardio. Compound exercises for chest, bicep, triceps, shoulder, abs, back, and legs. Going to make some sweet loving to each muscle group. But for this week I am just doing cardio. LONG RUNS!

Tuesday, April 18

Tuesday was good. I was still in my zone of getting things done. I did not feel like working out but that’s Tuesday for you. I did do some cardio. I don’t play that. I just wanted to relax. It’s crunch time. Just relax and do things one step at a time.

Wednesday, April 19

I woke up early on Wednesday. I have been tired for some days now. I just fell asleep on my computer like really. This happened more than once. I am energized for Wednesday though. I was running while I wrote this blog. Well, jogging. The cardio week gives my body a chance for the week. It was a healthy vegetable day too with some tuna. Once I get everything figured out with scheduling I’ll be even better than before. Grrrrr, let’s get it.

Thursday, April 20

Thursday was  Character building day. Things some people say just wow. Think before you speak especially when you’re not a kid. Bs comments or statement you are better off just acting like it didn’t happen.Handle it all cool. I got this lol. Cardio went straight. Overall it was a good day. 

Friday, April 21

Friday was so calm and smooth. I dislike depending on people. Got to learn and do things yourself. The cardio week all week. Good for the heart. Feels like Fri. I have nothing much to say about Friday.

Saturday, April 22

I was busy all day but finished my day in time to relax. I did some late night running while listening to music. NBA playoffs here so it’s time to win or go home. I was grinding on Saturday. Got to be cautious online before any moving further. Freestyle Saturday. I hope you all had a good day.

Sunday, April 23

Rainy day. It was raining when I woke up. Raining even harder as I went outside for some cardio. It was a chill and cuddle day. Maybe get some cuddle action lol. Anyways, I was eating well on Sunday. I got my cooking on. Getting that Chef brainy A dee on lol. I am still grinding but finished my day kind of early. All I need to do is take a shower and chill on my bed. I hope you all had a good week. Keep chipping in every day.

Last week was alright. As you saw nothing was going on just getting tasks done and getting it done. Everything has a deadline and let’s just say I handled the situation. Let’s see what this upcoming week brings. Try to think positive and let’s get it. You feel me.

These are the exercises that I have used and that is proven that made me jump higher and be more athletic. All you have to do is just do it 2 days a week with only doing 3 exercises.

2 set of 10 for each exercise and for the pistol squat 2 set of 10 for each leg. If you are not sure how to do each of the exercises I have a link demonstrating how to do each exercise below to as well.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A BREAK BETWEEN EACH SET TO GET YOUR MUSCLES TO RECOVER.  SO YOU CAN GET THE MAXIMUM RESULT FROM THE EXERCISES.

HERE GO THE EXERCISES:

SEATED BOX JUMP

Seat on a bench and jump up in a squat-like position. Make sure you jump with explosiveness by using your butt and arms NOT YOUR LEGS when you jump. Then pushing both your legs into your lower abs as you are jumping up.

THE KEY HERE IS MAKING SURE YOU ARE IN BALANCE POSITION WHEN JUMPING UP AND DOWN.

 

SKI JUMP:

Get down low just like a catcher in baseball do and Jump side to side.

The KEY here is once you jump side to side you explode up as you going from side to side.

So, you are jumping as high and far as your body can take you to get the max out of the exercise.

PISTOL SQUAT: SQUAT ON ONE LEG (The hardest exercise out of the 3)

Single leg squat: You squat on one leg at a time using a bench as a support but while your butt is close to seating on the bench you PAUSE ( for 1 or 2 seconds) then rise up again. This is challenging but as time goes on you will get the hang of it and do it with no help from the bench.

The pistol squat video is below if you want a more visual demonstration.

The KEY to this exercise is to go as low as you can and come back up slow. Feel your muscles contract. You will feel the burn and the burn is good for your vertical leap. Increase Vertical Leap= More Athleticism. PERIOD!!!

In life, you get down. You get weak. You feel like giving up. Especially when something does not go your way. In life, you cannot be weak. In life, let your negative point be your strongest point. I am stubborn even though I won’t really admit it lol. In all seriousness, I use it to my advantage. The stubbornness is where I get the discipline. The will to turn negative into positive. Everyone has the will and it does not have to be stubbornness it can be anything you want it to be to keep you going. It can be family, friends, love one, sports, work, people that keep you going. Anything to help keep your head up.

 When I go through something negative regarding life, school, or anything in particular. YEAH, initially I am sad but I find ways to do better. So next time I will turn that negative experience into a positive one. When you are down, PLEASE don’t stay down. Get up and keep swinging. It makes me sad to see a person down and he or she does not swing. I feel like tears coming down my eyes writing this. Because, where is your heart and will to overcome your struggles? You have to swing. I do not care if you miss at least you swing. The key to turning negative into positive is your will. You saying to yourself: I am going to prove them wrong or prove myself right. It all start with YOURSELF. The moment you decide to turn your negative situation into a positive one is the moment you get a pen with a paper and write down your goals day by day. When you write something down you are more likely to make it happen. Turn something hard into something simple by breaking it down to its simplest term. Don’t make it harder than it is. If your goal is to be happy. Write down what you want and need to make you happy. Then, go after it. It may be hard for you at first but you will eventually overcome the challenge.

Just think about you being a boxing match and you get knock down. What are you going to do? Just lay down? or are you going to give it your all? As long as you give it your all, no matter if it’s good or bad you know you stuck in there and fought. Life is about HEART. If you see my previously posts, you see me talk about HEART a lot. If you have a heart then you can turn the negative into positive easily. If you don’t have heart well fake it until you make it.

This is the life so you can’t be weak. Nothing comes easy. You want it well go get it. You Work+have to have that feistiness to you. The mindset has to be right. You cannot always think negative then think positive will happen. Think positive as much as possible because you are what energy you put around you. If you cannot be positive then be neutral.

For example, I do not like to be too happy because I learned that is not good for me. It is like being too prideful in a way. So, in any situation, I think positively or neutral most of the time. Of course, you will be sad sometimes that is normal just go through the phase get it out your system and get back to work. Work as in going back to attacking life and making it the best you can.

 Get that work in. Turning negative into Positive is not going to happen by you being down on yourself. So get your butt up and do something. Whatever it is you are doing something. Anytime, I feel like a bad day is coming up. I always make it a MUST to go do something outside. Feeling sorry for yourself is not going to make anything better. Go do something productive and fight it away.

The main points to turning a negative thing into a positive one are just having the will, discipline and goal settings to do better. Use the negativity as a tool of motivation to better yourself. In every bad situation, there is always something good in there. Therefore, don’t be down on yourself just soak it in even though it is hard and search, locate and destroy that negativity. Turn that sad pain you having into joy by working hard and setting goals to be better. Everything happens for a reason. Either the reason is going to make you good or bad. That is up to you to decide. Get that burning fire and don’t let anything bad put you so down you can’t turn it into positive.

The Challenge of the Mind: Broccoli and Fish Challenge

14 days of Mental and Weight Loss Challenge reveals itself. Here are the results:

I decided to challenge myself like over a month ago. I decided to do the fish and Brfbroccoli diet I have been seeing online and drink 1 or more gallon of water a day. I ate some carbs in the morning. Your body needs Carbs so I had to put some carbs in this diet. My carbs came from fruits. Apple Cider Vinegar was a life saver on this journey. I bought 4 pounds of Tapila fish ($11) and 2 pounds of Broccoli ($6) to start this journey.

I needed a change so why not try this challenge. I did not know how challenging it will be. I mean lost 22 pounds in 2 WEEKS. Not a Surprise because of Broccoli aiding fat loss.It was not easy though. It was a MENTAL challenge. Anything can be done with mental power. Having discipline is big in anything in life and you will need it if you decided to do this challenge. I am going to tell you DAILY what I did in those 14 days and my thoughts about the challenge. Also, what I should have done so you don’t make the same mistakes if you decided to take this journey on your own. You will lose weight quick and be stronger mentally. It does not come easy at all. With that being said, Let the Journey begin:

 

Monday, March 6: The beginning

The challenge began and it was something to get adjusted to. I was hungry most of the day because I was not use to this new diet program. During this first day, I found out the power of Apple Cider Vinegar. I wrote a blog about this check it out in Brainy Reviews.I mean even though I was hungry, the apple cider vinegar actually made me less hungry and gave me energy. I tried 2 bottles of a 16-ounce water bottle with a little bit of Apple cider vinegar in them. It worked perfectly I was ready to get my day finished and work out done. The new diet program was affecting my workout at first but after some adjustment, I was good. You have to be adaptive to any situation in life and have a solution to anything. Well, at least try to find the solution.

Advice: What I should have done my first day: I should have prepared more broccoli and fish so I was not constantly being hungry. Other than that I was good. So, if you decided to go on this diet make sure you prepare a lot of Broccoli and Fish ahead of time. It is the first day so get ready. Get all your food prepared.

Tuesday, March 7: Adjustment Tuesday

The water I was drinking was making me pee a lot. I am getting used to this challenge. Or so I thought. My fish was cooked well done so it could last longer. Well done fish taste the best. Yummy. I started to feel the challenge of the Broccoli ad Fish. Cooking the fish well done was good. Tapila fish. The Apple Cider Vinegar was a big help for me the first few days. I was eating some broccoli and fish while trying to adjust to it so I won’t get hungry as much. The broccoli was not bad and I was not getting tired of it yet. The fish was the one keeping me going along with the Apple Cider Vinegar.

Advice: Plan your meals ahead of time so you don’t have to get adjusted to meal change and not getting hungry the first few days. Get a lot of spices too. Trust it will make things taste so much better.

Wednesday, March 8: This challenge is no joke

At this stage, it is about mental discipline. Most people would have been like forget this. Where the fried chicken or pizza at. I was not like that. When I start something  I finish it. This challenge was getting the best of me. I wanted some carbs but I know that would defeat the purpose. At the third day, I can’t wait to get this challenge over with.  I will tell you one thing, Apple Cider Vinegar is my new best friend. At least, for the first week mainly.

Advice: You will feel it the third day. Your body will want to fight you. YOU WILL  FEEL LIKE GIVING UP.Your body will want some food(yummy food). My advice is to have will-power and control your mind. Have some mental discipline.

Thursday, March 9: Things getting better

I am finally getting adjusted to this challenge. I  grill some tuna fish with cayenne pepper and they gave me some energy. I am almost done with the 2 pound Broccoli in which I thought I couldn’t finish it till the end of the week. Things are looking good. The Cayenne Pepper is a diet saver. I mean it’s making the food taste better. Broccoli tastes better with some spice to it. You know to kick it up a notch. And it spiked up my metabolism up. Cayenne pepper aids weight loss as well.

Advice: Stay with it and you will eventually get adjusted to the Broccoli and Fish Challenge.

Friday, March 10: Thankful Friday

Friday was good. I got my day started to eating some berries. Hmm, they taste so good. One cup of it too. Berries are low in carbs too. I needed that antioxidant for my body. I had grill tuna already set for me. I only ate some berries in the morning. They were cold and the Berries juices hmm. I needed that refreshment. Broccoli and fish were consumed the majority of the day. I was changing things up splitting up my carbs.

Advice: Change things up and get adjust to the challenge by fighting through the few tough days.

Saturday, March 11: Relaxing Saturday

I needed to start stretching more so I could calm down the cramps I was getting. Cramps are no jokes. They will get you if you don’t get stretching. With drinking a gallon of water a day, I was still getting cramps so I need to start drinking more than a gallon a day along with some good stretching. I am well used to the challenge already as I ate the broccoli and fish throughout the day along with my carbs (berries) in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. It was a relaxing day for March Madness and for sure basketball making this whole process smooth. It is something to get your mind off things.

Advice: Find something that takes your mind off the challenge. For instance, my get away was basketball and relaxing. Find a getaway and use it to your advantage.

Sunday, March 12: The hardest day of the challenge

I did some cardio in the morning and soon did I find out I needed some carbs. The whole day after I did my cardio I felt like I needed carbs. I was tired and needed a boost. I ate some tangerines to try to get my energy up. Later on in the day, I had some berries. The berries did wonders because I felt like my energizer self after the sugar rush was in my system. Broccoli and Fish challenge was no problem since I am seasoning my food with spices ( Cayenne pepper and Red pepper). Even though, I avoided eating some fried food because of self-discipline. The day was challenging because of my cardio I needed some carbs in which I did. Lastly,  I bought 4lb of fish and 2 pounds of broccoli for the last week.

Advice: Try to be full or eat some carbs and protein before working out. You will thank me later if you do.

Monday, Mach 13: The last week of the challenge aka Challenge Monday

Monday was going along good but at night my body had enough of the broccoli so after dinner I threw my dinner up because my body couldn’t take eating broccoli anymore. The painful part was the stomach cramp I endure from it. The pain was awful and my back was hurting. My Abs was hurting, I was sweating a lot and this happened for at least 5-10 minutes. The pain was no joke. I started drinking more water and taking stretching seriously after Monday. That cramp was painful. The worst kind of cramp is the stomach cramp because your whole stomach tightens ups in a painful way. I stretched it out and after awhile the main subsided. My body does not want broccoli anymore.

Advice: Pay attention to your body and eat your broccoli slow when your stomach doesn’t feel good so you don’t throw up. Do your stretching and drink more than a gallon of water so you don’t get cramps.

Tuesday, March 14: Recovery day

I was cautious from eating broccoli. My body does not want to smell or taste broccoli. I ate little broccoli and some fish. Apple Cider Vinegar by My side. I was still recovering from that massive cramp that I got from throwing up that broccoli. I was cautious though, I was not going to risk throwing up again. I don’t have to say this but a gallon of water a day was not helping. I was craving for some salmon but I bought cod instead. The cod was okay but shrug shoulders.

Advice: Take things slowly on this challenge. Don’t rush just go with the flow.

 

Wednesday, March 15: Determine to get Salmon

I wanted some salmon to treat myself from my little throw-up sessions. I mean with these challenge things like this will get to you. Once you are disciplined in something you get emotions of having a break. After a long day getting some money I decided on getting some salmon for Friday.

Advice: Get a food you are looking forward to eating for motivation.

Thursday, March 16: Tuna day

Tuna day and broccoli with some cayenne. They were spicy and hot. My body still fighting off eating broccoli. For like the whole week after I threw up my body resisting broccoli. If I attempt to eat too much I am likely to throw it up. I think the olive oil I put in my food caused it. I fought through the Broccoli withdrawal. I ate some broccoli and fish.

Advice: Get creative with your spices and fish.

 

Friday, March 17: Thankful Friday

Friday was a good day. Motivation day which made the challenge better. In addition, It was a salmon day in which I cooked and grilled. It tasted alright. I ate the broccoli. I made sure I drank at least a gallon or more of water. My body was getting used to eating broccoli again which was good. It was a breeze day. I liked Friday day. A special day for sure.

Advice: Cherished the day. Well, one of the days you do this challenge. Take a deep breathe and enjoy life.

 

Saturday, March 18: tuna and banana

I got some tuna and a fresh bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar along with banana in the morning. I had tuna with cayenne pepper grilled. It was a basketball day going out to watch some high/middle school basketball AAU like tournament. I was sipping on that Apple Cider Vinegar with 16 ounces of water the whole day. Some of these high school players or middle schoolers too are good. I am getting closer to getting this challenge done. I can’t wait. NCAA Tournament taking my mind of it still.

Advice: Go outside do some activity that takes your mind off food. Go have some fun.

Sunday, March 19: Final day

Sunday was tuna and banana day. I finished the banana I didn’t eat on Saturday. I grilled some of the tuna with cayenne pepper. It is the last day. So Apple cider was on deck. I was calm the last day but I couldn’t wait to taste some good food again. The challenge was worth it because I lost some weight off and became mentally strong. I really did this challenge for some mental discipline and dropping those weight like it’s hot. In which I accomplished.

Advice: Be calm it is the last day just take your mind off things.

Monday, March 20: Roundup

On Monday, I had tuna with cayenne for the better half of the day.Then the challenge was accomplished. Overall, I lost 22 pounds with losing 11 pounds my first week. This challenge would have been better if I would have planned the whole 2 weeks ahead of time instead of it being out the blues. I accomplished my goal for this challenge.

Advice: Stay positive and jot down your daily activities to track progress to do better. Improvement is the key. You will see progress.

When you start something and you do not see the results at first no matter it may be work, business, workouts or anything. Just remember you do not see progress overnight it takes the time to develop. You have to be patient and watch the work you put in show itself. As long as you did all the hard work, the results will come. Just keep pushing at it, one day at a time. I mean, with life itself, progress will come just ask for guidance or find guidance. So stick to it and keep pushing forward.

It is like looking for a job and you cannot find it but you keep looking. When you not looking, that is when the job finds you. You might not get a job somewhere, then later that day you get a job you was not even expecting. I am talking from real life view that I have noticed. Your lowest days supposed to be your best days because that is when you should focus the most. At least for me, it is like that I am more focused and do better when during bad times. I like good days of course. Good days who does not? Think of it like this when it is crunch time that is when you suppose to shine. That is when you suppose to step up or call for the ball and ball out. My blood is pumping right this yeah…it is. I want the ball in that 4th quarter and finish the game.

You start something it may not look good at the beginning BUT don’t give up it will look good. Believe in the process and let your work do the work for you.Trust me, you get in what you put in. Just remember through the good and the bad keep pushing. Stay with it. If you believe in it stay with it. Keep finding ways to get advice or do better. Remember to thank people along the way and make sure you show people you want this whatever it may be. Most importantly, show yourself you want this whatever it maybe. Keep knocking on that wood. I do not know about you, that is what I am doing. I keep knocking and I will get in. Waiting for my chance and opportunity and when it comes. When I get in, they going to this all this persistence and work ethics. In addition, that sticking to what you believe does work.

Work

Work Work Work. Work is your daily goals or actually works –always moving. I been moving and always have to stay on top of things. Ugh, don’t you hate having to depend on someone to get some things done? Especially when it is the easiest thing in the world to do. Take forever to get done. I like having people that like to get things done the most efficient ways. I do not like waiting for the easiest task to be done. If you going to be on my team we got to get things done. It is like a business. Let’s get it done. If someone gives me a task to do I will get on it that same day and try to finish it. It gets on my nerve If I ask someone for a favor or a company suppose to do something and they take their sweet ole time. Like, come on be considerate. That is not cool at all. This is life we all have an opinion so does not try to think oh am better than him or her. At the end of the day, we are all human.

On my team, we got to take things seriously. Time for play and time for work. Get things done. It gets me mad when people are not doing their job especially if the job interferes with other people. I am talking from the heart when am typing this. It really bothers me. You don’t interfere with people jobs, future career, or any other important tasks or goals in life. Would you like if someone did that to you? then you shouldn’t do that to others. It bugs me. But, if that happens to you well all you can do is keep on moving so holding grudging not really going to solve anything. Yeah, you are disappointed but just move on. From every bad situation is something good so find it.

Just keep working and chipping in that work eventually you get there. Don’t let people trying to interfere with your work stop you. Yeah, it bothers you when someone is messing with your work but shrug shoulder things are meant to be no matter how it happens. It’s hard thinking positive but you got to do the best you can when you are down. Try not thinking about it. Because when I think about things like that, I get down. Brush it off, move on, and continue to get that work in. Getting that work in today time to rest. I hate having to do things that should not be an issue but haters going to hate. Just got to crush them and keep moving. Try to help someone with life not hold them back. Positive criticism is actually positive because you are helping the person get better as an individual.

This is life when I see someone putting in that work. It puts a smile on my face. You feel me. Brainy Versatility. Be adaptive.

This is an old post from when I started blogging. This is good for interaction so sit down and relax. Take deep breathe. Now time to laugh or make that stank face lol

We have this day that we just don’t want to move at all, like all we want is to sit on the couch and binge watch. BUT how far can you go in dealing with your laziness? Here is a list of the grossest thing people have done; and yes, this is real.

  1. Ate a yogurt with a ruler because I couldn’t be bothered to go and get a spoon. – kumran

  2. I peed in my cat’s litter box. – derkkern
    Reaction: Talking about establishing dominance there, pal.
  3. I ordered underwear from Amazon with overnight delivery because I didn’t want to do the laundry. – EriShaw
    Reaction: This is less gross than re-wearing the underwear for a day or two. So. Lazy? Hell yes. Gross? Not really. Resourceful? Absolutely!
  4. Allow the dog to lick BBQ grease off hands. Wipe dog slobber off on the dog. – anumati

They love food so much that every day in Singapore, two new restaurants are opened. Cars, cash, credit cards, condominiums, and country clubs are what runs the country of Singapore. Those Big Kings makes the success of Singapore.

If you happen to like Orchid Garden well Singapore has the world largest tropical orchid garden, which is Singapore Botanic Gardens.

In addition, Singapore is the ideal place for kids. Singapore kids are the smartest; they are top of the line intelligence in Math and Science.

Children and plants are the centerpieces for the people of Singapore. The Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden (the first Asian Garden) in Singapore was dedicated to the Kids of Singapore.

The Singapore Zoo, which is a tropical paradise, is top 5 in the world; and you know kids love zoos. Singapore also has thrill rides like MegaZip or the Flying Bat of Sentosa Islands. There is also Merlion, the National Icon of Singapore. Kids will love it. Merlion is half-lion and half-fish sort of like a mermaid.

In Singapore, children have their own day where they are appreciated. October 1st is for kids below 12 and in July, well, the first Sunday in July is Youth Day for teenagers. Singapore is for kids, as you see. Kids will definitely love this country.

Tradition in Singapore starts from the Singapore Art Festival which is celebrated every June; that display art talents of the local and overseas artist.

 Annual Night Festival in late August that is full of beauty. Independence Day is on August 9th. It is a big festival with kids from the choir performing in the festival. Music, food, entertainment and lots of variety of colorful things like clothing, art and much more.

The Independence Day displays the meaning of the Singaporean Flag, which is a democracy, progress, justice, peace, and equality. All those are displayed in the Independence Festival.

With tradition, there is also music. Singapore like Folk and Tribal music, Rock’N’Roll, and Pop music. They also like Metal Bands such as native Singaporean bands like The Corruptor, Hella Morrigan, Chaos Aftermath, and Kuliyuga.

Sing picSingapore has a lot to offer. I mean, children are the future in Singapore and the way Singaporeans celebrate the kids over there shows it. Singaporeans love food and they have creative ways of making their food. Singaporeans are one smart and creative people. Singapore is a good place for tourists. The food I mention, their culture and traditions are good enough to check out the country. Singapore, a country of hope and improvement. Beautiful View out there, as I noticed.

Spreading the love with the people of Cambodia: Helping special needs kids and adults along with people dealing with various conditions

As you guys seen me, I have been talking about developing countries around the world that needs more rehabilitation services. I have been showing people with empathy helping those people in developing countries. I mean the power of help and seeing help can be contagious. The more I read, the more I know how many countries need the knowledge and assistance of physical therapy. The power of movement. Physical Therapists are dream makers. They can be that, only with the help of both the patient and the physical therapist. The physical therapists believe in the patient, feels for the patients, that is why they are in this profession.

Physical therapists and students from America are using their helping power in Cambodia assisting with special needs adults and kids to help raise their quality of life. The citizen is given special attention to help improve the mobility or muscle strength. For instance, some kids or adults are learning to walk and some are working on muscle strengthening. Therefore, the kids or adults are on a different level of therapy. Some of them need more attention than others, but the most important thing is that the patients are getting the attention they need. It kinds of gets me excited reading and talking about this. Some of Cambodia’s Citizens are seeing progress in their ability to gain knowledge and improve their standards of the kind of challenges they are going through.

Physical therapists going abroad using all their proper training not to put their life at risk in dealing with patients with all kinds of diseases — Respect. That is why physical therapists chose this field because no matter what, they want to help while putting the safety of patients and themselves first. It is a privilege to get to be a physical therapist. Physical Therapists are trained to handle the risky situation and make life better. The physical therapy centers in Cambodia needs extra help for the citizens of Cambodia in need. It is helpful some physical therapists having the heart and knowledge to be so beneficial abroad. Rehab knowledge. Cambodia. Cambodia Citizens. The power of help. Better lives. The better living quality of life.

Nothing much with the day but I did get some errands handled. Set my to-do list for the week. Set my everyday target goal. I did not eat much today because I was not in the mood to eat but at the end of the day, I got a Publix subs. YOOOO that Sub was on Steroids. I could have done curls with it that’s how heavy it was. They put love in my subs aww lol. I didn’t eat the subs till Tuesday though. That footlong sub was on some heavy meat and vegetables 😀  I liked it.

Tuesday, April 11, 2017:  Checklist

Tuesday was pretty straightforward. I had to finish everything on my checklist and got everything I need to do on Wednesday done. My body is really changing. I see the cuts and my leg looking more and more athletic. I am doing more cardio now. Tuesday is a cardio/basketball day. It is not that bad just a quick workout and running day.

Wednesday, April 12, 2017: Rainy Day

It started raining In the morning. I really didn’t feel like doing anything on Wednesday. You already know I was going to get my workout in later on in the day. Raining or Not! I like weight training days along with long run days 😀 I am getting used to running now. My body is getting used to it as well. I can tell with my body looking all defined.

Thursday, April 13. 2017: Minding my Business

I was minding my business most of the day. I got my cardio in and I think I am going to expand on my running to get even a better result. I need to start stretching more I also need to start drinking more water. I am thinking about getting some new herbs so If I do be ready to check out the Brainy reviews.

Friday. April 14, 2017: Rest Day

I cannot even remember what I did Friday lol. Stuff about to get busy for me so I need to get more organized and focus. I rest Friday but you know even when I rest I still workout. The workout is mandatory. NO MATTER WHAT. Even if I am injured I am still doing some kind of workout. Flashback to the days I disturb a nerve in my foot and I had to wear a cast for weeks. GUESS WHAT? I was still doing squats and using dumbbells to workout. NO EXCUSES. Get your workout in.

Saturday, April 15, 2017: Getting it in

Where ever I am at if I am there people wants to be there lol  What can I say am balling like that lol. I like working out with no distractions but if distraction comes I am still focused. The goal is to get to the facility and get this body better. Plain and simple. It is a Saturday so not much happening at least this Saturday except for my basketball drills, talking, spending time with some people. I am telling you all this drill workout getting my body all right.

Sunday, April 16.2017: Easter Sunday

I did some cardio with some friends and relaxed. NBA playoffs time so you already where I am at. A chill day with some music so it was a good day. Refreshing my body for Monday but I think I am going to change it up. My workout that is so I can add some more different workouts so I don’t get too bored working out. I think I am going to do some cardio days and weight training. Chill from the basketball drills. I know I will miss it but time for a change.

Like a swimming team but one swimmer is the Backstroke person or Butterfly, Breaststroke and Freestyle person. We all have different styles of blogging. We are all one big team, whether you want to admit it or not. We are learning from each other directly or indirectly. Let’s support each other and if you want or need any help, I will try my best to deliver or get the best advice possible, if an answer isn’t found. I can help; I will surely do that. Reminder: If I don’t know, I will give you the best advice I can. This is a blog site and everyone individually focusing on their blogs. These reasons are from my personal experience as a rookie blogger.  I am sharing how I stay motivated to grow my site during beginning stages. In addition, this how I stay motivated for success.  You will learn tips about how your site can grow each day.  How to get record-setting views, followers, likes, being mentioned by an influencer blogger and much more. Those are just the top features you will encounter as an up and coming blogger following this advice.

Without staying focus and keeping your head on success. It is would be unlikely for a new site to grow each month. Stay Focus, appreciate, DON’T HATE ON OTHERS, Support and success will come your way.

WHAT KIND OF SUCCESS?

Every month you will be hitting new records in terms of revenues. I am going to show you what I did so you can know you are not ALONE. You are going to get some virtual help to show you how you can be on your way to success as a rookie blogger.

The beginning is not always easy. I know you want INSTANT success but this journey is not an easy one. From my experience, I made mistakes in term of using wrong traffic sources and going by social media site the wrong way. However, this post is for NEW BLOGGERS learning from others and my mistakes so they would AVOID those traps. Success is what I want for NEW BLOGGERS and all. Learning from others, personal mistakes should limit the traps out there for NEW BLOGGERS and make a path for success.

You have to be patience and keep working. THIS IS A PROGRESS. It took time for me to buy into being patient but once I did, I saw my site became to grow. Patience is the key.

Be the type of person that finish what you started. Therefore, if you started the blog site then your goal should be a success. One-track success mind. Give it all you got. Success will come.

Success tastes so delicious and appreciated when reached after working for it. You know what you did to get to that success. Therefore, for that, you appreciate it more. Treat your blog site as a baby so take care of it, feed it, bathe it, and show it some caring and love. Then, do more. Most of all, HAVE FUN. Success does not come easy. If you want success, you have to work for it. Therefore, with all that said these are the 10 motivating tips for NEW BLOGGERS to reach success. These tips are for success that will bring along the increase in traffic, generate more money, views, visitors and much more.

  1. BE PATIENT

As I said, the beginning is no joke. You will think this is easy and oh, I am going to make easy money or I am going to get so much visitors and followers. Easier said than done. Have patience because everything will happen you just have to stay focus and keep blogging. Go out there, have FUN on this journey, and let blogging goals handle itself for NOW. Just soak everything in and know your surroundings. LEARN you will reach success with having patient. I am talking from personal experience.

  1. STAY POSITIVE

You will feel like unmotivated. You will feel down. You will feel lost. Because you are not expecting the resulting, you set out to. There will be difficulties. My advice to you is always to keep your head up. It is not the end of the day. Head up and keep grinding. Peddle to the Metal. Tunnel vision on your goal. Write your goals down and work towards them. Get your pen and paper ready. JOT DOWN YOUR GOALS and make it more serious and realistic. Make a goal list every day as soon as you hit those goals you will start getting confidence as you go. You will begin to be more positive. Do not hate on others and always show support for others not just in blogging but also in life itself.  Get that negativity and hatred out your heart and STAY POSITIVE.

  1. INTERACT WITH FELLOW BLOGGERS

The way to grow in life and in blogging is to interact with people. In this case, interact with your fellow bloggers. Go out there do not be shy. Make some new friends. COMMENT, LIKE, SHARE, OR RE-BLOG SOME POSTS. Do something. Interacting is fun and it helps you and your fellow bloggers out. Interacting is a way to network and get your post along with your site out there to the public. So the more you interact with people then more known your blogger site will get. To put it in a better term: Network with your fellow bloggers. Plain and simple. The better off you are when you network with people. Be friendly and be yourself. Beware: some people do not like friendliness so just mind your business, be nice and keep it moving.

  1. SHOW SUPPORT

Show SUPPORT! This goes back to networking with people. The more support you show the more fun you will have. To be honest, Life is not about you, which applies to BLOGGING. BLOGGING is not about you or your blogs. It is about OTHERS. Most Fellow bloggers do not look out for one another. Do not be like them. FEW BLOGGERS SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER. YOU SHOULD ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THEM. BLOGGERS LIKE DRAY0308 AND JAY COLBY.They support other bloggers and give them the opportunity to expand their posts on a bigger platform. Look out for one another so show support and you will get it back in return most of the time. Regardless if you get support back or not. You still should support one another. It is like a little family. Everyone can pick each other brain to grow and be a success as a blogger. As a rookie blogger, it is crucial to develop a support group that will be your backbone and helps you out when you are about to give up. SUPPORT IS VITAL in every aspect of especially in life and blogging WHICH IS WHY I WANT IT TO STICK IN YOUR MEMORY. In addition, some good supporter such as  Jeeshan an amazing writer with funny posts and inspiring posts. Also, Minnie a good smart up and coming blogger in her own right. Get to know supporters like them as well.

  1. MAKE FRIENDS OR FOLLOWERS

Go out there and make some friends or follower. Add people maybe they will add you back. New followers will give you an instant increase in your blog site. The more followers you have the higher the chance you have of making your views and visitor ranking increasing dramatically.   Follow each other and grow together.

Write about your passion. It makes blogging so much easier and fun. Bring others in your journey that share the same passion and throw a blogging party. Have fun while being cautious for some people that do not have good interest for your success. Don’t be too sensitive. Just enjoy the ride. Expand your mind and be versatile in everything you do.

Ashwagandha Powder

In Madhya, Pradesh, and Rajasthan, India Ashwagandha is cultivated.

In this Brainy Review, I used the powder form Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha Powder is a herb I used for energy. I drank it every morning to get my day started. But it has way more benefits than just giving me energy. For instance, Ashwagandha is traditionally for supporting male and female reproductive system. It is one of the most known and used Ayurvedic herbs in the Western World.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In India, Ashwagandha is traditionally used through pregnancy. I am not sure if it’s normal or traditional for other pregnant women around the world to use Ashwagandha during pregnancy. PLEASE check with your doctor for further info.

Ashwagandha Powder is also known as Withania Somnifera. It is a leaf that is used for supporting energy, strength, and vitality. This herb works but the taste you might pass out, but it is worth it. That taste though is really bitter and I try to blend it with 4 bananas and I still felt the bitter taste. That’s a strong taste it has, I would say. This herb does its job and it will wake you up but beware of the taste though as I previously mentioned. It caught me by surprised the first time I drank it.

I got the 100 grams or 3.5 oz powder from a local Indian store located around the city I Ind herblive in. The company that makes it is called Vedic Care. This is 100% Ashwagandha Powder and it is heavy-metal tested so it has extreme fine granularity. This herb is also good for every part of the body and extremely good for stress because it calms the nerves. For people wanting to manage healthy sugar levels, it does that too. It also works for supporting your back and joints to be healthy as can be. Most of all, it helps build a healthy immune system so you won’t get sick as much.

I used a teaspoon when I used this herb. You can tell a herb is powerful and works by the taste of it. RESPECT! It says to use it twice a day but I just used it once. It is not recommended to use it at night time because it gives you energy if you are trying to sleep; but if you work at night, then THIS IS THE HERB YOU NEED. NATURAL ALL NATURAL. I like this product because it’s worth it to take for all the benefits you will receive from it.

I like a natural medicine. In my opinion, natural herbs are like a natural medicine. Therefore, I am researching and trying new herbs to learn about their benefits. I tried this herb (GREEN CLAY) out to see the results from it.

GREEN CLAY. This herb was hard to find because they have different types. The type of face cleanser and the digestible type. It was hard to find the digestible green clay. Green Clay is for making a mask on the face to make your face clearer. The thing most people do not know is that they actually have minerals in them that are good for dieting. You can lose your belly fat with drinking Green Clay. I used it a while ago and (to be honest) not sure if it worked or not. It is for flat stomach, upset stomach or heartburn. In addition, it is for diarrhea, intestinal infections, and gastroesophageal reflux. Green Clay has many different benefits that you can choose from that soothes you.

Most people think Green Clay is for dermatology purpose only…WRONG. It is good for the skin because it tones, heals, soothes and purifies the skin. It has good minerals in it. Minerals like potassium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, sodium, calcium, and other source of minerals good for the body. Many females would probably want to try this for the many BENEFITS it possesses and to see what it does for them. Will see maybe you will be one of them that uses GREEN CLAY for your benefits.

You can try this product out. I bought mine from Amazon and it was like $16 with PowderGreenshipping but the Argiletz French Green Illite Clay was $10 from a company call Time Laboratories (8 oz.). Eight ounces are a lot, by the way. It comes in a pill like bottle full of green clay powder in it. All the minerals and the ingredient are authentic so get it and try it. You might like it. I am a tall person so I probably needed to use more green clay powder that it was said in the instruction. So, see what works for you and follow the direction but change it if you feel like it’s not working for you.

This was what I should have done but I am telling you guys and girls that so you don’t  make the same mistake I made. The powder did not taste that bad and I took it for like a month. I did not recall seeing much change in my stomach. So, I should have used more I suppose. My stomach was feeling empty though. The powder I got was for drinking the Green Clay on an empty stomach. I let the clay I drink sit overnight and I drank it in the morning. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Be sure to use plastic spoon and cup along with drinking 8 ounces of water with the Green Clay in the morning.

Monday-April 3

Long Run Monday

Monday was a long day. I finished my workout at night. I ran for like a mile to get some movement for my body. I am liking it so far. A new change to the workout to make everything nice and crisp. I have not run outside in a while so that was good for a change.

Tuesday- April 4

Tuesday being Tuesday but I don’t have time for that.

On Tuesday,  as soon I woke up I drank a cold 16 ounce of water and ate grill plantains. I went through my day. I finished my day with some explosive leg workout. I really see the improvement and I see my range of motion getting better. My body was acting up though but no time to be feeling all like that. Strange feeling that was hard to explain. I think it came from the plantains though. I was all tired and stuff. No one got time for that.

Wednesday, April 5

TIRED Wednesday

Overall, It was a good day but I put in work today which got me tired. My leg hurt at the end of the day and I just wanted to fall into my bed and sleep. I did my workout in which I smashed up and did my long run which was finished with some peanuts and apple juice. That apple juice is on point. The Simply Apple juice that was pure pressed. 100% apple juice by the way that was Hmmm, tasty.Protein and Carbs are all I got to say about that. Let’s get it in.

Thursday, April 6

Need some sleep Thursday

On Thursday, not going to lie I was tired. I was dragging throughout the day. I was tired. I had to try extra hard to stay awake while driving. I am a good dependable driver it was all good. Thursday was a day I needed to be extra focus to get tasks done. When I got to my workout though it was all fun. Explosive basketball workout Thursday. It was supposed to be for 20mins but who knew 20mins gone by so fast. Time flies by when you are having fun. I was having fun. That was for sure. I might have been tired Thursday but my body was not tired of my workout. I got EXCITED for that 😀 Grrrrrrrrrr to unleash the beast!

Friday, April 7

Well Oil Quick Machine

Friday was a day I knocked out everything on each list on my errands. The goal was to finish the day quick so I can have some free time. I did finish early but wanted more time to relax. Nothing like finishing a workout quick with a long run. Ahh refreshing. Now, I did some tongue exercises with some good stretching afterward. It was a good day. End of the week 😀

Saturday, April 8

Being Cool With it

I was being cool with it Saturday.Well, it’s Saturday not much to do but chill. I got errands to handle but that’s not much of a big day. Let’s get to this workout though. Basketball drill got me looking like a bonafide baller out here. I am seeing cuts in my chest and shoulders again. Staying being active is getting the job done. It took time though but with a few change up with me actually running and implanting in some move your body cardio change the game up for me. I feel good and it’s going to get better from here. I am setting goals to reach and here it goes. Just put your mind to it and JUST DO IT. Let’s go Saturday.

Sunday, April 9: CHILL DAY!

No workout day but I still worked out. I can see that I am more explosive and Stronger. I need to work on my movement.  My lateral movement needs to be on point.  Running will do that. My body loosen up some weight for me. Good day. I had me a Publix Sub. If you know about Publix Subs. YOU KNOW WHAT  UP.  It was so delicious and yummy. I handle business on that Subs for real. Good Refresh day.
