Everyday strive to be better. Better at your weaknesses. Everyone has weakness so it is up to you to figure out what is it. It is a big to accept your own weaknesses. And the goal is to improve on them. Write down your goals and put it on your mirror or door. A reminder what you are working towards.
One of my weaknesses is that I tend to care too much. It is okay to care but caring too much for someone can be a crutch to the person and myself. In that case, we both have to help each other to be beneficial for each other. Too much of anything is not good, so this is a prime example of it. I try to care but not over do it. It is hard but that’s life, just got to find ways to find a tool to get better at it.
So find your weakness and try to get better at it one day at a time. It can be any kind of weakness. Maybe it may be you’re out of shape, you can’t dribble with your less dominant hands, you’re not as quick, it can be anything just pick and get better at it. It is like a game once you get better at one thing, I bet you be addicted and want to see other things you can get better at.
