Batbout stuffed with Chinese vermicelli

(for 6 persons)

For the dough:

  • 250g of flour
  • 250 g of fine semolina
  • 1 yeast of yeast
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • 200 ml of water (+or-)

For stuffing:

  • 200 g Chinese vermicelli
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1pc green
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g of cut olives
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • turmeric
  • cumin
  •  parsley

Method of preparation:

For the dough:

  1. Put in a bowl, all the ingredients, and add the lukewarm water, gradually and mix well, until obtaining, a smooth paste.
