What NOT to eat

  • All meat are prohibited on a vegan diet
  • This includes fish, poultry, chicken, turkey, lamb, pork, etc.

What to eat


  • Meat substitutes (Jackfruit, Chickpeas, Beans, Mushrooms, Lentils, Tempeh)


What NOT to eat

  • Eggs
  • Bee 🐝 products
  • Ingredients that are derived from animals

What to eat

  • Plant foods
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Grains
  • Agave Nectar
