winging1.pngPittsburgh Penguins’ Sidney Crosby scored his 1,000th goals in 757 games and he received a plaque from Mario Lemieux at the beginning of the game. From Canadian to Canadian…1000th goal scorer to another 1000th goal scorer. Kids on the ice before the game playing hockey. Got to love the kids. Then the game begins. Lets just say the Detroit Red Wings came to play today. Defense Man, Nick Jensen, started the day off with a nice fake off. I mean he faked the goalie, Matt Murray, out. I mean, he faked the shot and Matt Murray went for it. He froooze the goalie. Murray gave his guard up and Red Wings and St Cloud State Huskies’ Defense Man, Nick Jensen, just went around the Goal tender Matt Murray and scored the goal. Nick Jensen, 3rd Goal of the year. That was a nice move. Faked the goalie, his head was up and easy goal. He got the assist from Left Wing Detroit Red Wings and Michigan State Spartans own Justin Abdelkader and Center Andreas Athanasiou.

Red Wings lead 1-0 in the 8th minute with the Nick Jensen’s goal. The gamewinging2.png just getting started. Pittsburgh Penguins wasn’t going just fall back. In the 14th minute, Right Wing, Tom Kuhnackl, scored his 3rd Goal of the year with a shorthanded goal from an assist from Defense Man Kris Letang. Defense Man Letang gave a nice pass sort of fast break pass for an open lay up or dunk in basketball. It was nice because he waited for that play to develop and come into life. This game was back and forth till the 16th minute, when  Detroit Red Wings’Center, Steve Ott, scored a goal assisted by Center, Riley Sheahan. Center Steve Ott got the goalie Matt Murray with a back hand to score that goal ;Detroit Red Wings wining 2-1 at intermission.

Sidney Crosby wasn’t playing that he came back minutes later with scoring a goal with the assist from Center Jake Guentzel. Pittsburgh Penguins’ Sidney Crosby who has his 32nd goals in the NHL Season making him the number one goal scorer in the league so far. Good physical game so far.

chester0216

With a Free Kick, Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the 15th minute of the game, Manchester went up 1-0 against St. Etienne in the UEFA Europa League round of 32. Manchester; holding down the possession of this game. They are living up to the good legacy they have. They are a good team. They playing good enough defense to not allowing St. Etienne to score a goal at the 61st min. It was clearly Zlatan Ibrahimovic Day. The man went oooooooooooooooooooo weeeeeeeeeeee with them three goals. The man has poise.

I guess, you can say he was going to have a big day when he scored early in the match. I mean, can you say Hat trick in him scoring 3 goals? Ibrahimovic show. He scored in the 75th minute then again the 88th minute. Manchester handled business thanks to Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Round 32 didn’t stop Manchester United. They continue to be good.

chester2

The game was close till the 75th minute of the match till Ibrahimovic went nuts and on the goal spreeee. The man is a character and he is a poise man. Full of Confident and it showed today. He wasn’t playing. That one goal he scored with the ball going slow into the goal was like mad ball control. Like he knew what he was doing. Zlatan Ibrahimovic Show.

Manchester came to work today. 3-0 Manchester. Winning. Brainy Versatility.

Field Day

bayernBayern Munich had a field day with Arsenal in Wednesday game in the UEFA Champion League game. Bayern dominated this game with dominating the ball 74% of the time to Arsenal 26%. Arsenal had more save, though. More save didn’t stop them from getting straight lopsided across the head with goals. Bayern beat Arsenal like they stole something, LOL. They got that serious you in trouble butt whipping. Arsenal Oooo Arsenal got handed too. I mean, they got scored on five times. Repeat five goals was on them. Five goals like that’s hard to do in soccer. It happened to Arsenal like it happened. Yeah, I am shocked by this.

bayern1

Now you might ask how they got 5 goals scored on them. It starts from the strategic plan from the manager to the players of Bayern Munich. I mean, it look like everyone on the starting lineup hard a goal or got an assist at the goal; that’s how much Bayern was looking good today. Arjen Robben scored a goal with just 11 minutes in the game. That should been a reason to be on alert in which Arsenal was. This game got out of hand in the second half. Bayern Munich went bananas in the second half.

This is when the game got out of reach: First, Robert Lewandowski scored in the 53rd minute, then 3 minutes later Thiago Alcántara scored another goal. Now, Thiago Alcántara was the star of the game with scoring again in the 63rd minute. Two goals in the matter of minutes! The game was over by then; then in the 88th minute, Thomas Müller scored another goal making it the 5 goals breaker. I mean, on a good note for the Arsenal, they didn’t get goose head because of Alexis Sánchez scoring in the 30th minute.

Bayern Munich don’t play. They came to work. Game time. Mean Business. Brainy Versatility.

UEFA Champions League

This game was an head scratcher. I don’t know what Barcelona players were doing before the game or planning after the game BUT their head wasn’t in the game, that’s for sure. Barcelona lead in possession in term of minutes most of the game, but I guess they was thinking about the party or woman after the game. Why? Because scoring a goose head says it all. Come on, Barcelona! you guys are better than this. Simply to say Paris Saint-German-PSG- gave Barcelona a good ole fashion backyard beating.

angeldimariaShout out Angel Di Maria for stepping up on his 29th Birthday for PSG scoring two goals. He was going to shine this day and not let the Power house Barcelona wins this game. He scored in the 18 and 55 minutes. Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets and Gerard Pique power house for Barcelona weren’t doing much for their team. They were not clicking I would say. I bet they are mad at each other with the way they played. They should be and play better next game.

PSG score 4 goalllllllllllls on Barcelona Forehead with two from Di Maria and the other two from Julian Draxler in the 40th minute and Edinson Cavani in the 71st minute. Barcelona got served that dinner lunch and breakfast so they tasting it and its not so good. PSG vs. Barcelona what a head scratcher! What a labyrinthine! Labyrinthine because I am puzzled. Barcelona got to do better. Valentine’s Day must of got to them. Women, Valentine’s Day, mind on one thing and not Soccer. That’s whats in Barcelona minds doing the game, I guess. Shout to PSG for saying we here too, we been here, LOL.

LiverPool vs. Tottenham

sadio

premierleagueThis was a nice game to watch — a nice English Premier League game. Day time game in USA and night time game in UK. Liverpool won the game they needed to win. Sadio Mane came to play; scoring two goals but he really should of had 4 goals. Soccer is a chess sport. You have to strategically find a way to beat your opponent. That’s why its so fun.

The manager, Jurgen Klopp, was excited after the game pumping his fist like, Yeah! We got this one we needed. He should thank Mane for scoring the goals. The first one was a top corner goal one on one with the goalie with a defender behind him. Second goal was suppose to me an assist, but it was blocked my the goalie went to another player then ball somehow got back to Mane again and he score that goal. He acted like nothing happened. He know he good.

Mane started the game with some energy he was going to get this W today whether they let him or not. The crowd was excited. The place was packed. Soccer is a big sport in the UK and you feel the stadium. English Premier League? Oooo! Getting me excited. Liverpool won 2-0 with Mane and the manager, Jurgen Klopp. Ooooo! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Brainy Versatility.
