Can the Golden State Warriors Deliver a Championship RING without Kevin Durant? The Original Team Needs to Get Their Chemistry Back!

GSW

Before I start, let me give you all a quick run down of what is going on from the beginning. Kevin Durant left in the first quarter of the Washington Wizards game. Home return for him, uh. He has a Grade 2 Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) Sprain and Tibial Bone Bruise. Kevin Durant and teammate, Zaza Pachulia, collided, which caused the injuries Kevin sustained. It is not sure when Durant will be back, but the question is, even if he did come back by the end of the season, will he be healthy enough to be an All Star contributor to the Golden State Warriors winning a ring? Will the original team with the main ingredient being Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala be enough to win it all? Well, it doesn’t look like that, since they lost to the Washington Wizards and the Chicago Bulls. Making them losing their 1st back to back game in years. Keep in mind that, out of the last 9 games, Warriors lost 5 out of those 9. Losing another back to back to back. 3 games losing streak: one to the Boston Celtics, Minessota Timberwolves and the San Antonio Spurs as of now. If the warriors have to get their chemistry back with the original ingredient team, well, it doesn’t look like they might have enough time. Playoff is about chemistry and with limited games left to develop some on court chemistry their chances of wining a ring is up in the air. With what Coach Steve Kerr is doing with benching starters and not playing them will see if it works. They need to relax and withstand the pressure. They need to recollect themselves and get back to their winning ways.

It is simply that the Warriors need Kevin Durant to win a ring. They need some star power to put them over the top. Critics are saying that the Warriors wouldn’t even get out the 1st round without being Durant healthy. The Warriors will not beat the Cavaliers in the Championship round if Kevin Durant isn’t there, says Charles Barkley. I think he might be right. I mean, look, the Cavaliers has heart after wining the championship game after being down 3-1. I mean, the Cavs owned the Warriors original team, so unless Durant comes back and gives them that big boost over the championship top, I don’t think Warriors has it in them. I like the Matt Barnes pick up. He is a baller and he has heart, so that is good they have him and Draymond Green. He might give them that heart that they need. Kevin Durant being out indefinitely is a big deal in the Warriors world. Lets hope the Warriors has the best of the best doctors, doctor of physical therapists included to help Durant dominate this injury. No one knew how big Durant was to the team winning a championship but now they know.

Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green

With Kevin Durant being healthy, well, the Warriors are going to the NBA Finals. Durant gives the Warriors a chance to dominate but that doesn’t mean they will win the ring. But all you need is a chance and Kevin Durant is THAT chance that needs to get physically healthy for the Warriors to get back on top. This is grinding month in the NBA season, so the Warriors has to be focus and do some work. They need to stop tripping and buckle down. Ignore all the distractions and let the doctors work on Durant to get him back in time and fully healthy for the playoffs or maybe the second round of the playoffs. The question is, can the Golden State Warriors actually win it all in the NBA Playoffs? That answer is everyone’s opinion right now, but the real answers will come in June when we see who are in the finals, so lets see what happens. Most people think they will not win the championship without Durant because they have no faith in the Warriors without Durant. I think Durant will be okay and he will come back to the All Star player he is. But will the Warriors win the Championship without Durant? Well, hmmmmm, it doesn’t look like it right now, but we will see. Keep hope alive and stay focusing. Deal with the task in hand and all will be good. If the Warriors get their mind right and get Durant back, I think they might have a good chance to win it all thinking about it. Watch out for the Spurs though. People always sleeping on the Spurs, but the Warriors needs to tighten up to win this ring. I think they have it in them. They just need to re-focus.

How the Warriors had a Record Setting Night

0223.1.pngThe game on Thursday night looked like the Golden State Warriors were going to fight against the Los Angeles Clippers to the end. The rivalry goes several years back with the Clippers talking smack; so now the Golden State Warriors zipped them up (almost every time they play now). Clippers playing good for now in the 1st half. Clippers, without Chris Paul, was still leading big at half time, 61-49. The Clippers had the lead up to 16 points. You know the Clippers playing good when Blake Griffin shooting and making 3’s. This is a rivalry game, you can tell with the technical fouls (4 techs) and the Warriors took a while to get their engine running. They went off in the 3rd quarter. Curry making 3’s and shaking and baking to the rim. Stephen Curry making 3 and getting fouled. Five 3’s for Curry so far, and dancing doing it. Kevin Durant scoring 15 points in the 3rd quarter shooting 6 for 7.

0223.2.png

Warriors scoring 50 points in the 3rd quarter.  The first 50-point quarter since March of 2014, when the Knicks played the Lakers. Lakers scored 51 on the Knicks; but this record-setting night as this is unlikely to drop 50 in a quarter. Stephen Curry had 35 points by the end of the 3rd. Curry making a buzzer beating 3 to end the third quarter. A 31-footer buzzer beater for Curry. 20 points and 5 3’s in the third quarter alone for Stephen Curry. The Golden State Warriors scored 99 points by the end of the 3rd with a quarter left. I must say, they had 49 points at half time. High power offense.

The Golden State Warriors took over the game in the 3rd quarter. Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant Show. Los Angeles Clippers played in this rivalry game. The Warriors has too much offense. Mid-way through the fourth quarter, the game looks over. Warriors had a record-breaking second half. Warriors finally woke up. Draymond Green must have gave his high emotion half time speech. Curry shooting was a big reason the game was high scoring. Stephen Curry long 3’s and he got the range for days. Curry made 6 3’s by the way. Shout out for Shaun Livingston palm blocking Clippers Forward, Marreese Speights. Warriors had a good game as they shined at home in the Oracle Arena  — another record game. Warriors won, 123-113. They look good. Warriors won the season series 4-0.

Thundered Up

Westbrook and Durant beef. Durant back in OKC after he left in the off season. This show down is about to go down. Mic drop..Oooooooo. The beef is already being hyped. Just waiting for the game at 8PM. This game is about to be good so muuch emotional going down. Durant (probably) going to get booed. Kevin Durant is emotional; so lets see how he takes it. If he tries to take over the game then Warriors might lose because this is a team game. Team game wins in the NBA. Russell Westbrook is going to give someone fist today just saying my pre-game view.

In game view, Durant getting booed. The game started off with Thunders scoring the points and taking an early lead. But there was too much fire power. The Warriors had too much talent for the Thunders to handle. The blow out was at half time and got worse in the third quarter then got better a little. Warriors dropped 43 points in the 2nd quarter like fireee power. This game was over by half time.It looked worse in the 3rd quarter too. That was how it looked. Warriors was not phased at all so I thought. They came to handle business and they did just that but Thunders looked like they coming back a little. Westbrook was doing do his thing, but too much offensive weapon from the Golden State (but he was putting in work). Thunders at home advantage couldn’t stop the fire power; I would say then started slowly them down a little cutting the lead down. Thunders turned the D up in the 3rd quarter. Westbrook giving Durant the work every time when Durant guards him. I know, Westbrook wanted this W soooo bad too, like who wouldn’t like? Come on, fa real.

gswokc2Westbrook was guarded by Durant (pshhh). Durant can’t guard Westbrook. Durant was doing his shake and bake though and making a 3 right in Domantas Sabonis grill. That is Arvydas Sabonis’ son, by the way. One of the greatest skilled Center of his time. But yeah, back to Westbrook. He is good but he has too much heart which can be very detrimental because of pride. Got to love Westbrook though. Man, he got heart. Talking trash to Durant and Westbrook did dropped buckets on Durant. Heart is good but too much heart can be detrimental to having heart. When Westbrook learn how to control it and use it to straight destroy his opponent watch out for him. Oooo! That’s scary to think about.

gswokc3On to Kevin Durant, Durant want this game bad, I heard. Thunders closing in from the blow out score. The game got a little physical by the end of the third quarter if you want to say that. Durant and Andre Roberson got into it, but (Come on!?) Durant needs to sit down on that on, so does Roberson too (pshhh). If you not a tough guy chill with that. Westbrook end the quarter with crossing Andre Iguodala up and dunking the ball. This game is still a blow out though 105-88 Warriors. Thunders made a run and brought the deficit to 12 points BUT the Warriors pulled away. This game was over by the 90 second time in the 4th quarter — 130-114 final score. Durant trying to act all hard after the game like he didn’t care about his former teammates (major SMH). Durant try so hard to be hard when he is emotional, LOL. Be who you are — your true self.

Be comfortable with yourself. Interesting game to watch. Brainy Versatility.

MJ Going In

mjcurry

Michael Jordan telling Golden State Warriors’ owner Joe Lacob 73 wins don’t mean nothing without a ring. He said it in a much vulgar tone though. It is sports nothing wrong with trash talking. It is Michael Jordan he stays trash talking and trying to intimidate people. Some people fall for it and be scared but people like me he probably won’t like because I stand up for myself. I don’t play that. In my view, he was serious because he got that serious tone to it but it probably was meant for jokes.

It could of been blow out of proportion but it’s Michael Jordan; when he talks, people listen. He needs to worry about the Hornets than talking all that trash. Warriors’ owner should of said talk to him when you get out the 1st round of the playoffs, LOL. At least we got to the championship is what he should of said.

At the end of the day it’s all good. It’s not too serious. MJ just being MJ as you see. Since MJ wants to be talking we see how the hornets do this year. Dont think they have the team to take it to the second round at least. Warriors might win it all.

Let’s get it.Brainy Versatility đŸ˜€
