When you start something and you do not see the results at first no matter it may be work, business, workouts or anything. Just remember you do not see progress overnight it takes the time to develop. You have to be patient and watch the work you put in show itself. As long as you did all the hard work, the results will come. Just keep pushing at it, one day at a time. I mean, with life itself, progress will come just ask for guidance or find guidance. So stick to it and keep pushing forward.

It is like looking for a job and you cannot find it but you keep looking. When you not looking, that is when the job finds you. You might not get a job somewhere, then later that day you get a job you was not even expecting. I am talking from real life view that I have noticed. Your lowest days supposed to be your best days because that is when you should focus the most. At least for me, it is like that I am more focused and do better when during bad times. I like good days of course. Good days who does not? Think of it like this when it is crunch time that is when you suppose to shine. That is when you suppose to step up or call for the ball and ball out. My blood is pumping right this yeah…it is. I want the ball in that 4th quarter and finish the game.

You start something it may not look good at the beginning BUT don’t give up it will look good. Believe in the process and let your work do the work for you.Trust me, you get in what you put in. Just remember through the good and the bad keep pushing. Stay with it. If you believe in it stay with it. Keep finding ways to get advice or do better. Remember to thank people along the way and make sure you show people you want this whatever it may be. Most importantly, show yourself you want this whatever it maybe. Keep knocking on that wood. I do not know about you, that is what I am doing. I keep knocking and I will get in. Waiting for my chance and opportunity and when it comes. When I get in, they going to this all this persistence and work ethics. In addition, that sticking to what you believe does work.

Day 15 and 16: The Rewards from Working out

15dayI didn’t want to workout on Friday, my last day of working out b-ball drills style. However, after I warmed up with some shooting, I started the drills. The drills were good and my shots were nice. I mean,the way I was shooting? I could of drop 50. The fingers to leg lift movement was on point –nothing but net shots. I felt like, it was my night to shoot and not miss much. If you play basketball, you know what I am talking about. Having that day, you know your jumper really good. I mean, it was really good! Shooting that good, I didn’t want to leave working out. Lets keep doing this drill. My shot was really good. You know it was that good, when all am doing is repeating myself. Its like, tasting food like…hmmmm! That was so good….(licks fingers), LOL, and you keep repeating it. Yeah, those basketball drills paying off as you all see by my last day performance. My Jumper was good (cool walk), LOL. Fun Workout Friday Night. Woooooo! When your jump shot good? You dancing and hyped like Stephen Curry, LOL.

Cardio on Saturday was “cardioing”, LOL (if that’s even a word). Last day of running the treadmill for 30 mins, it kind of went fast. I was hungry even though I ate not too long ago. I know one of you all had one of those days, you know, while working out you just thinking about what’s going to be for dinner. It was one of those days. Couldn’t decide exactly what I wanted. Finally, I decided on some unsalted peanuts. Keeping it simple. Mad proteins too and some carbs to it. Show you how dedicated I am when I pursue something, I am blogging and running. Look…. in life, if you start something you got to put your foot in and go no matter what.

Some people are going to support you and some are not. Just Euro-step pass them like Rondo (LOL). BUT for real though, don’t let someone stop your movement. Don’t start something then be slacking. I don’t play that. I take this workout serious and I found and will keep finding ways to work out effectively and efficiently. I take what I set my mind to serious, whether blogging, working out, work and future career. My work out stories be more about life and other things than work outs, I tell you. I don’t want to bore you all. Good looking out for listening (reading) on this workout journey.

Day 11 and 12 Workout: Getting in shape and feel good

I really need to find my earphones and music player for tired days when I got to work out. I kind of feel like my body getting in shape back. The shot drilling workout getting my shot and foot work technique right. Think, I am going to change it up (though). This might be the last week; going to find some other kind of workout. I am getting used and bored with this one, which means I have to change it. Workout is about motivation; and doing workout that bores you not going to motivate you. SO probably new workout next week or maybe not, we will see. My shots looking good though, with my flick on the wrist on the basketball was feeling good. Its about wrist rotation too in shooting.

Once I get in rhythm, my jumper is pretty good. Mess around and drop nothing but net on you, LOL. Did some running today from my free, throw misses (LOL) but its all good; it is a win-win situation. I get in shape and get my free throw better. Running today and my knees feeling better, so we about to get it. My knees are good, you all chill (LOL), just need to start stretching more. Stretching is wonderful when you do it. No more cramps too. I am about to get everything in rotation again; getting use to the daily healthy routine again 😀 Lets get it 😀

Running was long and boring, LOL, but I finished though. My body feeling better. I did like a mile running, so lost like 100 calories, LOL. I can feel my body changing. This is my 3rd week and wait till I get my nutrition right. Its about to go bananas! Think am actually going to change my workout up. On the 3rd-4th week, change your workout up so you don’t plateau and you don’t get bored (you know). This workout about to get it. I am excited and running I am. Running to beat my challenges up, LOL.
