Eleuthero Root Powder well simply called Siberian Ginseng a Herbal Supplement. This herb is for energy so when you tired if you take this herb you suppose to be, ahhhhhhhhh, all hyped. I guess it depends on the amount that works for you. When I first took it I felt the effects but after awhile nothing different. I did realize after I drink it I won most of my basketball games :D. I suppose it made me more focus.Yeah, I got that J and mess around and get body by me in the paint. Anyways, this herb does the job but I think I need a lot more dose at a time since I am a big guy. Anyways, Athletes use this Ginseng though. So if you’re an athlete check it out. It might work for you but check the right dose for you. So you have to do the right experiment to your body to figure the right amount of dose out. Once you find the right dose for you I think you like this herb.

The product I use was by Fine Herb Craft on eBay. I mean the package said 1/4-1/2 teaspoon in warm water but it varies with the person in my opinion and do not take it at night obviously if you trying to sleep. Only take for that boost either for work or working out. It tastes alright kind of taste like turmeric. Speaking of turmeric I heard that’s good for you too. But, this Siberian Ginseng is good for other things too like arthritis, stress and much more. You get more for your buck with this one. I spent like $10 for like 1/2 lb. 1/2 is a lot and this last me for like some months, I think.

Sometimes I use 1/2 teaspoons and other times I used 1 teaspoon with like 6.7 ounces of water with 1/2 teaspoon. Double the ounce of 6.7 when I use 1 teaspoon. You feel it when you drink it though. Like let’s get it. I rather try herbs than using supplements with chemicals you don’t know much about them. Herbs are straightforward usually one ingredient. Like this herb is one ingredient and you know what is it Siberian ginseng.

I have been using cayenne peppers for years now and…hmm…I like spicy food. It makes my food taste better. It makes anything taste better. In this Brainy Review, I used the powder form Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha Powder is a herb I used for energy. I drank it every morning to get my day started. But it has way more benefits than just giving me energy. For instance, Ashwagandha is traditionally for supporting male and female reproductive system. It is one of the most known and used Ayurvedic herbs in the Western World.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In India, Ashwagandha is traditionally used through pregnancy. I am not sure if it’s normal or traditional for other pregnant women around the world to use Ashwagandha during pregnancy. PLEASE check with your doctor for further info.

Ashwagandha Powder is also known as Withania Somnifera. It is a leaf that is used for supporting energy, strength, and vitality. This herb works but the taste you might pass out, but it is worth it. That taste though is really bitter and I try to blend it with 4 bananas and I still felt the bitter taste. That’s a strong taste it has, I would say. This herb does its job and it will wake you up but beware of the taste though as I previously mentioned. It caught me by surprised the first time I drank it.

I got the 100 grams or 3.5 oz powder from a local Indian store located around the city I Ind herblive in. The company that makes it is called Vedic Care. This is 100% Ashwagandha Powder and it is heavy-metal tested so it has extreme fine granularity. This herb is also good for every part of the body and extremely good for stress because it calms the nerves. For people wanting to manage healthy sugar levels, it does that too. It also works for supporting your back and joints to be healthy as can be. Most of all, it helps build a healthy immune system so you won’t get sick as much.

I used a teaspoon when I used this herb. You can tell a herb is powerful and works by the taste of it. RESPECT! It says to use it twice a day but I just used it once.
