HEART

InstaFit_20170321_03280549.jpgGrrrrr…. The Dog in you. The life. The tenacity. Not backing down. Not giving up. Always finding ways to get better. Going for what you want. You got heart you always have a chance. I like to think I got heart. Whether in sports or life. You should always have heart. Don’t just be sluggish about it and be a push over. If you want something you have to go for it. Act like you want. I like making people feel better. Taking care of them via injuries. I am trying to get more education in it so I am constantly looking and talking to people that can help me get to my goals. Got to be ready for the opportunities. The tools of taking care of people for me is more than people around me in my current community. I am trying to help as much people around the world help them experience the joy of life through knowledge of knowing how to treat your body properly. Using what you have and using it to your advantage. For me to get to that stage, I have to have heart to take the constructive criticism from people that can help me get there. Yeah it may hurt, BUT it is to make you better. It is like working out a muscle you have to break it down for it to grow back stronger. Think of Constructive Criticism like that. You need heart to get better in life so better develop that tenacity and handling positive Criticism. They go hand in hand in my view.

I am big and might look like am mean with my constructive criticism. I am trying to make you better. It is all out of care. It is meant for the person to get something positive out of it. Everyone is different so you have to know and master who can handle constructive criticism and who can not. In life you have to be able to take the constructive criticism. I would like to have constructive criticism because I know the person is going the extra mile to ingrained in me my mistakes and giving me tips how to fix it to be better. Constructive Criticism is about getting better from mistakes and you have to have the heart to take it. Don’t let pride get involve in order to be helpful in life you have to be willing to learn from anyone young or old. On this Journey, I experience positive criticism, I mean, at first it may hurt but you have to think positive because it is meant to be positive. Positive Criticism just gives me fuel to my Diesel — Yeah! I said diesel. Its like got to laugh sometimes silly or not.

You have to heart whether to help people or taking constructive criticism. Heart like playing basketball and the ball is on the floor so what you going to do. You better dive for that ball. That’s what I do. I am applying the same attitude to helping people diving in and showing I want to do this. You keep knocking and knocking on the door soon an opportunity will come up and when it does I will be ready. Ready for all kind of situation. Adaptive to all kind of situation. Expand my mind to grow. The more experience I encounter the better I am in helping myself help you or others in life.

So go out there and expand your mind. Develop that GRRRR in you. Fight for what you want! Fight for your passion! Be adaptive. Brainy Versatility.

Having a Positive Mindset in Life No Matter What You are Going Through (Fighting Through It)

fightingthru.pngWhen I write my life experience, mostly is about the good quality you have to have in life that I see in other people. It is mostly about my experience from the heart. It is a way to vent out my thoughts. In life, we all  feel down for several reasons. Yes, it hurt, yeah, you might feel down. At the end of the day, you have to get over it and keep it moving. Everything happens for a reason. The most important thing is, to be honest and to act normal; and don’t let it bother you. One bad thing happens because of that incident causes other unfavorable things to happen because you’re not thinking right or your day brings how your mood is. You feel good then your day is going to be good. Bad then your day is mostly likely to be bad. Point of the story is, how you feel is in your mind and it comes to reality. If you have to act normal so be it, because the feeling of feeling bad itself can allow other unfavorable things to happen. It is not easy, I know, but you think positive and positive will happen.

You know when you want something so bad, whether from work, school or achieving a goal; and you keep trying and trying and you feel so close to it? But it’s not yet happening. I mean, IT WILL HAPPEN. Support it. Claim it. You should see my face when I said that, IT WILL HAPPEN..SUPPORT IT…CLAIM IT. I am not playing face. All you need is that someone to believe in you. My opportunity will come and I will be thankful and off to work I go on it. I have this goal of helping people around the world and it is not as easy as it sounds. The feeling of not getting an opportunity makes one feel down. Some people feel down and do nothing just stay there and sink in it. Some eat food and some sleep during this times. At times like this, I want to be left alone to think and see what my next game plan is and who I can get advice from to accomplish this goal. Also, I have to put this in capital letters and BOLD words. JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY DOES NOT MEAN YOU SHOULD MAKE SOMEONE ELSE DAY BAD. That is selfish and please find a better way to vent out.

I always make it a point if something doesn’t go my way, that I would not allow that to mess with someone else day. In fact, I want the person’s day I encounter to be good. I don’t want him or her to feel the feeling I was feeling at the time. It is good to vent out in ways that doesn’t affect anyone in a bad way. If you have someone with you that cares about you, it makes the situation better. However, people who genuinely care are hard to find or encounter. Family can help too. You feel better letting it all out in a positive way. For some people, writing and blogging is a form of therapy for them. Use it to your advantage. I am venting now. Don’t get it twisted at my lowest times is when I am the most sharpest which is understandable, because that sharpness is what I use to get out of the situation and find ways to makes things better. In life, there is always a way. Yeah I feel down at a particular time, but am still functioning. You can’t get down too much on things. Things happen in life for a reason; and with events in life, there are good and bad. Take the good from it and learn from the bad.

Yeah, you hurt but you have to show you got heart and keep pushing. Keep pushing. Let it make you work harder. This is coming from the heart and experience. Whatever your goal is, well, just because you haven’t reach it yet doesn’t mean to give up. You don’t give up; this is your passion. You don’t give it up that easy. You better go out there and think of strategies to get better. Fight for it. Fight for what your passion is. I am fighting for mine and yeah, I will get there. There might be bumps on the road, but something worth having in life is worth fighting for. So I am fighting. Thank you all for listening to me venting out. Salute. Respect. Don’t be afraid to show your feelings. We are human, so forget that. Grrr! I want to be tough or am tough. You are human so you have emotions. Just don’t be too emotional. KEEP IT MOVING AND GRINDING. Make people know you serious about your passion. Put some respect on it. Find ways how you can put some respect on it and show people you really passionate about it then act on it.

Work

Work Work Work. Work is your daily goals or actually works –always moving. I been moving and always have to stay on top of things. Ugh don’t you hate having to depend on someone to get some things done. Especially when it is the easiest thing in the world to do. Take forever to get done. I like having people that like to get things done the most efficient ways. I do not like waiting for the easiest task to be done. If you going to be on my team we got to get things done. It is like a business. Let’s get it done. If someone give me a task to do I will get on it that same day and try to finish it. Gets on my nerve I ask someone for a favor or a company suppose to do something and they take their sweet ole time. Like come on be considerate. That is not cool at all. This is life we all have opinion so does not try to think oh am better than him or her. At the end of the day, we are all human.

On my team, we got to take things serious. Time for play and time for work. Get things done. Gets me mad people not doing their job especially if the job interferes with other people. I am talking from the heart when am typing this. It really bothers me. You don’t interfere with people jobs, future career, or any other important tasks or goals in life. Would you like if someone did that to you then you shouldn’t do that to others. It bugs me. But, if that happens to you well all you can do is keep on moving  so holding grudging not really going to solve anything. Yeah you are disappointed but just move on. From every bad situation is something good so find it.

Just keep working and chipping in that work eventually you get there. Don’t let people trying to interfere with your work stop you. Yeah it bothers you someone messing with your work but shrug shoulder things are meant to be no matter how it happens. Its hard thinking positive but you got to do the best you can when you down. Try not thinking about it. Because when I think about things like that, I get down. Brush it off, move on, and continue to get that work in. Getting that work in today time to rest. I hate having to do things that should not be an issue but haters going to hate. Just got to crush them and keep moving. Try to help someone with life not hold them back. Positive criticism is actually positive because you are helping the person to get better.

This is life when I see some putting in that work puts a smile on my face. You feel me. Brainy Versatility. Be adaptive.

Brushing It Off

In life, you have bad days but you have to push through it. Just because someone is having, a bad day does not mean you have to mess someone day up. Just have to fight through it as you do if you are weighting a heavy weight just push through it. It may be hard but you cannot let a bad day own you. Yeah you might be tired and do not want to deal with anyone. However, sometimes in life you have to do things you do not want to do. You dragging through the day you want to do absolutely nothing but there is work, school, or family for some people. You just have to get it down. No Matter what happens you have to own that bad. You make your day not the situation.

My advice just pushes through it and be neutral. Fight through it. This day will make you better for tomorrow and on. Make the best of it. Nevertheless, a bad always end and when you get on that bed after a shower, you feel good. Get the job done and get through the day. Do not be lazy or eat your way through the day. I mean for days like this you need energy sources stack up fruits veggies and lots of proteins. Not too much because extra proteins the body does not use turn to fat. Eat but make sure it is nutritious but I know some days you feel like eating something juicy…I know! I know! Guilty, loooool.

Just handle each situation you encounter. One important thing listens to music when you get the chance. Music is power and gives you energy too. Gets you through the day. Think positive and relax its just a day every day gets better. Just get that tune ready. Get a goodnight sleep and shower or just cool your head down with cool air or cool towel.

Be confident and keep that head up. It is going to make you better and tougher. You feel me? Be adaptive you all. Be Brainy Versatility.
