Dandelion Root Working all its Benefits: You all should get on it

dandelion.pngI tried Dandelion Root (the liquid one) to get rid of excess water weight and the liquid one in that bottle works. I think, I lost like close to 11 or so pounds in a week. Water weight, of course, don’t get too excited its just water weight, LOL. Your body is made out of water, so you can get rid of water weight by diuretic supplement or drinking a lot of water. This Dandelion Root liquid works. Its kind of expensive though like $12 at Vitamin Shoppe for like 1 oz or 30 ml. It comes with a droplet so you can drop 28-56 drops in your mouth in a little water 3 times a day. There are few liquid supplements that don’t work even though you have read the directions; however, with this herb, follow the amount they say works. It worked for me. If you want to get rid of swelling or water weight, go get that Dandelion Root Liquid one, for real. It works that wonder. Pee that weight right out. Ladies if you want to get that figure right and need some extra tone here and there, get this herb. Or at least try it and find out yourself. Guys, it get you that tone if you almost there. You see what I mean once you try it.

It says 56 drops is 2,000 mg which is 2 grams; and those 2 grams? Ooooo get you right and gives you definition if you close enough to it. When I took it was trying to get rid of water weight in my body. This Nature’s Answer Advanced Botanical Fingerprint gets a super extraordinary review from me. It is “gluten-free and alcohol-free. I think, the reason it works so well is because it is super concentrated for 2,000 mg. Taraxacum Officinale, the scientific name for Dandelion Root Extract (liquid version), has other ingredients to it which I research myself before buying it –Vegetable glycerin and Purified water. Nature’s Answer sure did make me “Discover Nature Answer.” One of the products I tried that reallllly works. That liquid Dandelion Root Extract did what it was supposed to do.

I tried the Dandelion Root Tablet from GNC. Dandelion Root 550 mg, 100 dandelion1.pngcapsules. It was recommended once a day, but am sure, I took more than one a day. It had Gelatin, Cellulose and Maltodextrin as ingredients to the main ingredient Dandelion Root. I am not sure if i took the correct gram. It wasn’t as effective as the liquid one. I tried the Dandelion Leaf was not as effective, but that liquid fire was doing its thing. Its kind of sweet too. It has a good taste so you are getting results with some sweet to it. I like the liquid Dandelion Root Extract even though it does cost like $12 for an ounce. It is worth it.

Other benefits of Dandelion Root are: a.) its good for battling skin infections, b.) high in antioxidants for after workout or whenever, and c.) it also has a good source of Vitamin A and K. Dandelion cleanses your liver and its gives you some fiber…rich fibers. It stimulates the production of insulin from the pancreas resulting in having low blood sugar. Good skin care herbs too for acne. Not only is it a Diuretic, it is also good for weight loss. Both males and females will love this herb. Ladies and gents especially the ladies, you will loveeee this herb.You get your money worth.

COCOA

Cocoa, well, this plant is for deep fat elimination. I am not should of how much you have to consume for it to work properly. I tried it but I don’t know of how it was working. I got the product from Vitamin Shoppe. The organic one for like 7 dollars. I am not sure about it though. Don’t think I used the right amount, but might have different results if I used the correct amount. It is for easy weight loss because it is a diuretic. Why is it a diuretic? It has this ingredient called Theobromine, which raise your Thermogenesis level. In simple terms, it makes you lose weight. One more thing, it has Polyphenols, now, this right here make it easy to lose calories. Weight loss is about calories you burn. 3500 calories to gain a pound; so with Cocoa you burn those calories to lose weight not gain pounds.

nowcocoaI tried it for some time. To be exact, I tried the certified Organic Cocoa Powder. 100% pure and it does have naturally occurring Polyphenols. It is a bout 12 oz and it is a lot for 12 ounces. The company name is NOW Healthy Foods. The product I brought was NON-GMO verified, so that’s good. The purer, the better — USDA organic. This 12 oz. bottle packed in 136 serving, a teaspoon at a time. What I should of done was do some research of how many grams do someone needs to consume to get results. Maximum results.

I am going to use this again. Trying to get healthier; so, of course, I’ll try it out. You can mix it with other beverage and it taste alright. Of course, it is brown dark brown. This plant has the benefits of getting to that deep stubborn fat elimination. So if your interested go for it and try it. Vitamin Shoppe has it or you can buy it at the grocery store. Do your research too and see how much you have to take for it to work for you. You have to workout too and not eat anything okay. Using the right amount of this product would work because of the Polyphenols in it.

Radha Rosemary Oil Review

I used the Radha Rosemary Oil for hair growth because you know I try to be fresh as I am, LOL.  It stimulates the hair follicles. Rosemary oil is for a number of things like hair growth, prevent baldness, delay gray hair growth, energy, pain relaxer. Rosemary oil is good for a lot of things. I just used it for hair growth. I think it worked some worth but I think you need to use it for like 4-5 months to get the full effect. I used it for a month. 4 fluid ounces for about 12-13 dollars. The bottle said it is 100% Pure and Natural Rosemary Essential Oil Premium Therapeutic Grade with a droplet for you drop it on your hair or wherever. The product is made in India made with 100% Pure Rosemarunius Officinalis Steam Distilled. I would recommend the product because I think it worked for me just didn’t use it for as much as I want. Think am going to start using it again probably buy 2 bottles this time to last me for like 2 months and get way much better results.

It is on Amazon but I think the price went up but still worth it. Rosemary Oil is expensive though like 1 ounce is like $7 like huh, LOL. But I guess if you use the steam oil one you get energy from it. I wasn’t that brave for that but if that is one of the benefits I would go for it. It is soothing though. This brand is one of the best out there in my opinion. I used it all over my hair it was all oily and shiny. Don’t let it get all in your eyes though not a good feelings. I would suggest just putting it on a specific spot. I like the product like I said you can try it out and see what you think. I am all into herbs so this was actually one of the first one I tried and I liked it.

The bottle it kind of big for 4 oz and worth the price for such big bottle. The smell is alright but thinks about all the benefits you are getting in a month or so. I tried other hair growing products but this is one of the best I tried. I am telling you. Try it and see. Watch your hair probably grow y’all. You feel me. This is even good for your memory and your hair gets thicker at the same damn time. This is one of the herbs that got me started looking into herbs. Herbs are natural so is this so try it out and let me know what you think even.

In this Brainy Review, I used the powder form Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha Powder is a herb I used for energy. I drank it every morning to get my day started. But it has way more benefits than just giving me energy. For instance, Ashwagandha is traditionally for supporting male and female reproductive system. It is one of the most known and used Ayurvedic herbs in the Western World.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In India, Ashwagandha is traditionally used through pregnancy. I am not sure if it’s normal or traditional for other pregnant women around the world to use Ashwagandha during pregnancy. PLEASE check with your doctor for further info.

Ashwagandha Powder is also known as Withania Somnifera. It is a leaf that is used for supporting energy, strength, and vitality. This herb works but the taste you might pass out, but it is worth it. That taste though is really bitter and I try to blend it with 4 bananas and I still felt the bitter taste. That’s a strong taste it has, I would say. This herb does its job and it will wake you up but beware of the taste though as I previously mentioned. It caught me by surprised the first time I drank it.

I got the 100 grams or 3.5 oz powder from a local Indian store located around the city I Ind herblive in. The company that makes it is called Vedic Care. This is 100% Ashwagandha Powder and it is heavy-metal tested so it has extreme fine granularity. This herb is also good for every part of the body and extremely good for stress because it calms the nerves. For people wanting to manage healthy sugar levels, it does that too. It also works for supporting your back and joints to be healthy as can be. Most of all, it helps build a healthy immune system so you won’t get sick as much.

I used a teaspoon when I used this herb. You can tell a herb is powerful and works by the taste of it. RESPECT! It says to use it twice a day but I just used it once. It is not recommended to use it at night time because it gives you energy if you are trying to sleep; but if you work at night, then THIS IS THE HERB YOU NEED. NATURAL ALL NATURAL. I like this product because it’s worth it to take for all the benefits you will receive from it.

In addition, I bought the 32-ounce White House one, which I use the most. Both works and White House one is at a reasonable price. Organic ACV is good but as I said, Apple Cider Vinegar is Apple Cider Vinegar. So, I get the more reasonable price one to me. I have tried both organic and regular, and I don’t really see a difference.
